Pastor Barry Coffey has always emphasized a balanced approach to ministry. “De Limburgse Peel”
As in the last two years, the conference will be organized in the Dutch town of America. The vacation park “De Limburgse Peel” will once again be the venue for the meetings and offer overnight accommodation. The park is located directly in the forest and offers a wonderful stay next to the meetings.

Special Songs
How can I sign up to sing a special song?
To sign up to sing a special song, please email: novemberconference@hotmail.com
Can I perform a special song during the conference?
Yes, you’re welcome to sign up for a special song. However, please come fully prepared, as there will be very limited opportunity for final practice during the conference itself.
Please note that we will decide at the beginning of the conference whether a special song fits appropriately within the sermon schedule. Not all submitted specials may be included, as we aim to ensure that a worship time can take place during the song service.
Can I play my instrument during the song services?
We truly appreciate that many of you are active musicians in your local churches. However, to maintain musical harmony and consistency during the conference, only assigned musicians will be part of the instrumental setup for song services. We thank you for your understanding and support.
Offering
When will the offering be collected?
The offering will be collected during the Saturday evening and Sunday morning services.

Can I watch the sermons online?
Yes, the sermons are available via livestream.

Where can I rent a bike?
Bikes can be rented at the Cycle Center on the campground.

Yes, a variety of bikes are available for rent.
Aqua Mundo Access
When is Aqua Mundo reserved for women?
Aqua Mundo is reserved for women on Thursdays from 8:15 to 9:45.
When is it reserved for men?
It is reserved for men on Fridays during the same time, 8:15 to 9:45.
Can children attend during these times?
Yes, children up to age 8 are welcome during both time slots if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sermons and Translation
What languages will the sermons be in?
All sermons will be delivered in English and German from the podium.
Are other languages available?
Yes, additional languages are available through the app ListenEverywhere.
How do I get a translation in my language?
Please let us know which language you require so we can make it available through the app.
Sunday School (Children's Service)
Who can attend the Children's Service?
The Children’s Service is for kids aged 4 to 8 years.
When does the Children's Service take place?
It will be held on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
